That’s why our community is so powerful. \nMental Health First Aiders\, also known as an MHFAiders®\, are crucial to helping boost and support employee wellbeing as we adjust to a profoundly changed workplace environment. \nMental Health First Aiders develop the skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health\, and the confidence to start a conversation. They also learn about the tools to signpost them to appropriate support so that everyone can thrive. \nOnce someone has trained as a Mental Health First Aider they are certified for three years.
