That\u2019s why our community is\u00a0so powerful.<\/p>\n<p>Mental Health First Aiders, also known as an MHFAiders\u00ae, are crucial to helping boost and support employee wellbeing as we adjust to a profoundly changed workplace environment.<\/p>\n<p>Mental Health First Aiders develop the skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health, and the confidence to start a conversation.
