A807 Active Travel Route – Auchenhowie Road

Project Description

The project works consist of footway widening and kerb replacement along the A807, Auchenhowie Road, carriageway east of the Rangers FC training ground to Allander Toll roundabout. The works will be carried out over 6 phases, each approx. 250m in length.

  • Temporary traffic management (6 phases)
  • Treatment of Invasive Non-Native Species (Japanese Knotweed, Himalayan Balsalm & Rhododendrons)
  • Clearance of vegetation
  • Grubbing up existing kerbs and footpath
  • Construction of a new, wider footpath
  • Street lighting (Phase 2)
  • White lining
  • Fencing works
