Project Description

The project involves the enabling and infrastructure works for a new housing development on a 400,000m² site.

Works Included

Works Included:

• Construction of spine road including excavation, upfilling with quarried stone, kerbing, utility installation, surfacing, etc
• Construction of road and sewers including 150mm to 1200mm dia pipework, culvert installations and road crossings
• Platform the whole site by carrying out a cut and fill earthworks exercise
• Construction of SUDS Ponds, including Bodpave access tracks, associated pipework and hydrobreak
