Luddon Construction Limited continues to build on its reputation for excellence with the successful establishment and growth of its regional office in Warrington led by Tom Jepson.
The Warrington office is located at the Walnut Tree Business Centre, a mid-point between Liverpool and Manchester; this office is central to our operations and growth in Northern England.
Centrally located, the office enables us to strategically support local clients across Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, whilst also providing us with a base to work further afield into Yorkshire and Cumbria.
Since opening, the Warrington office has continually demonstrated strong performance across multiple fronts such as project delivery, client satisfaction, and regional engagement.
The team has grown steadily and brings together experienced professionals who embody Luddon’s values of quality, safety, and innovation.
One of the office’s standout achievements is the ongoing development of work opportunities and the scope and diversity of work delivered. We deliver high quality civil engineering work across critical sectors such as Water, Energy, Nuclear and general Civils Infrastructure. The Warrington office has played a key role in this success, contributing significantly to our regional and national performance.
The Warrington office has also become a hub for local workforce development for which an active Engineering Degree Apprenticeship programme has been developed. This programme is helping us build a highly skilled local workforce, ensuring we continue to grow our success sustainably and with a vision long into the 21st Century.
Looking ahead, the Warrington team is focused on continuing to expand our capabilities in sustainable construction, digital innovation, and community partnerships.
With a strong foundation and a clear vision, the office is well-positioned to support Luddon’s continued growth and leadership in the UK construction sector.
