Project Description

Design and construction of 2no. car park extensions to the north and north east of the existing Albert Bartlett & Sons Ltd factory.




Works Included

  • Approximately 5,000m3 of clay / soil material was excavated and disposed at the rear of the Albert Bartlett factory to infill low areas
  • Surface water drainage was installed down to 2.5m depths
  • General road and footpath kerbs were installed throughout the site
  • New road construction
  • Street lighting and ducting
  • Road markings
