Construction of a new retail park with additional outlets, the main Home Bargains unit having a garden centre. All associated utilities, new car park, access roads, service yards & external services, all soft landscaping will be constructed as part of the work.
Our scope of works covered the full construction of the retail park, including:
• Development of new access infrastructure, incorporating road construction and connections to the existing network.
• Extensive groundworks and reinforced concrete works to prepare and service the site.
• Delivery of multiple retail units, each tailored to tenant requirements.
• Construction of service yards and associated delivery infrastructure.
• Installation of all utilities and external services to support the development.
• Formation of a large customer car park with associated drainage and surfacing.
• Completion of soft landscaping to enhance the overall environment and customer experience.
