The Citizens Theatre Car Park Works entail a series of works required to provide car parking provision following the completion of the main contract works.
• Various earthworks and excavations
• Re-construction and re-surfacing of the existing car park area.
• Pedestrian hard landscaping.
• Construction of an access bay and service yard.
• Various external landscaping works including kerbing, soft landscaping/tree planting.
• Fencing.
• Installation of railings, walls, street furniture and fixtures.
• Drainage.
• External services.
• Installation of lighting features.
