Project Description

Cumberhead and Dalquhandy wind farm have agreed to a shared connection point, which will consist of shared 120MVA 132/33kV transformer at the new Cumberhead Collector substation which will be situated within the Dalquhandy Wind Farm boundary close to Stockhill Farm, near Coalburn.




Works Included

  • Excavation and construction of various concrete foundations
  • Excavation of trenches and installation of cable ducts and foul and surface water drainage
  • Supply and installation of cable trenches
  • Excavation and installation of below ground earthing
  • Construction and maintenance of roadways and perimeter footpath
  • Construction of palisade fence and gates
