The work comprised the new build construction of a 20,000ft² shell retail unit along with access, servicing arrangements, car parking, landscaping and associated works.
Works Included
- Formation of new vehicle access road, car park, paved areas and external steps /graded footpath
- Formation of service area, perimeter / retaining walls and fencing
- New incoming public utility supplies
- Below ground drainage
- Shell works: foundations, structure, building envelope
- Shopfronts (exclude sliding entrance doors and sliding door gear)
- Security shutters, electrically operated with manual overrides
- Fixed stair and roof access hatch
- External lighting to all external areas and ANPR Camera Poles
