• Below ground drainage.
• Shell works: foundations, structure, building envelope.
• Shopfronts (exclude sliding entrance doors and sliding door gear).
• Security shutters, electrically operated with manual overrides.
• Fixed stair and roof access hatch.
• External lighting to all external areas and ANPR Camera Poles.
