• Below ground drainage.

• All incoming services.

• New roadways, car park, patio and street furniture.

• External hard and soft landscaping.

• Parking area lighting.

• Sign foundations and ductwork.

• Induction loop ductwork surface and foul water drainage.

• Mains water.

• Bin store.
