Project Description

Construction of a 2 story office block and 4 bay HGV vehicle maintenance workshop.

Site clearance including Japanese Knotweed and tree removal
Rock face removal next to existing building
Installation of Radon gas membrane
Drainage including connection into a live burn
Construction of swale head walls
Installation of oil separators and water treatment plants
Construction of fuel storage bunds
Reinforced concrete foundations
Erection of steel frame buildings
Cladding and roofing complete with roof lights and smoke vents
Complete office fit out including, toilets, kitchens, flooring, decoration, internal joinery, ceilings, partitions and doors
Mechanical and electrical fit out including central heating, data and IT system and personnel lift
Metal staircases
Sectional up and over doors
Construction of inspection pits and wash bays
Installation of various garage equipment including break tester, 35 tonne truck lifter, hydraulic hose lines and exhaust extraction
