Project Description

Construction of a new car park with 131 spaces and 4 EV charging points, along with a security palisade fence and turnstile.

• Formation of a new site access from South Lumley Street.

• Construction of perimeter palisade fencing to the site.

• Replacement of the existing gates accessing the site.

• Construction of the 131 space staff car park.

• Provision of 4nr electric vehicle charging points.

• Relocation of existing storage container in use as a smoking shelter.

• Provision of an access turnstile and accessible gate.

• New bicycle racks.

• Soft landscaping.

• Drainage, with connections to the existing surface water system.

• Electricity supplies to service the new car park.
