158no 250mm^² concrete friction piles and 486no 300mm^² concrete friction piles
Ring beam foundations
Erection of 700t of structural steelwork and reinforced concrete floor slab 18170m^²
Single skin clad roof and walls
Perimeter precast concrete push walls and internal precast concrete rocket walls and escape tunnels
Mechanical and electrical works including power, lighting, fire main and fire alarm system and pedestrian doors and vehicle access doors
Concrete and asphalt access road and reinforced concrete hardstanding 11720m^²
Installation of storm surface and foul water drainage system
Office facility
Weighbridge, CCTV and security fencing and port infrastructure upgrade of power and IT
