Refurbishment of Process and Storage Warehouse, Coatbridge

Project Description

Refurbishment works to an existing Missiles and Space Batteries factory unit and warehouse.

Downtakings and alteration works including new partition walls, upgraded Mechanical and Electrical services, ceilings and floor finishes
New steel frame to form an extended height roof extension over part of the warehouse
New cladding and framing to building gable
Reconfiguration of existing structure including new escape doors and windows, insulated sectional vehicle access doors, louvres to enhance ventilation and the construction of goods in and quality inspection offices and toilet areas
External works including new surface water drainage, foul drainage, substation construction, ducts / inspection chambers, security fencing and gates
New concrete service yard with drainage
New footpaths, flood lighting and hi spec security fencing / turnstiles
