Representing ITF Team Scotland and excelling across national and international competitions, Lily has had a year to remember, with a string of podium finishes and accolades that showcase her dedication and talent.

Throughout 2024, Lily’s dedication has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her achievements include:

– 27 top three medal finishes

– 4 title trophies

– A VMC World Series title

– Podium finishes in 8 international events

In addition to her taekwondo triumphs, Lily has excelled in swimming, achieving personal bests in all strokes, representing her school and club in high-profile events, and securing several medals at swim meets. Balancing her two sports with such success highlights her remarkable talent and discipline.

As the season concludes, Lily is preparing for her next milestone: grading for her 1st Kup (Black Tag), the final step before earning her black belt. With a brief rest over the holidays, Lily will kick off 2025 with competitions in both swimming and taekwondo, aiming to qualify for major international events in Belgium, Italy, London, Mexico, and Ireland.
