A new Ethylene Dichloride manufacturing facility on the Vynova manufacturing complex in Runcorn has reached its first key milestone.
The EDC Vent Scrubber Piling works have now been completed and have paved the way to start the reinforced concrete works. The Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piles have also been installed in an extremely challenging environment.
Luddon Construction were appointed to deliver the civils aspect of the works which includes CFA piling, bulk excavations works, reinforced concrete foundations, foundation for two pipe rack routes, cooling water rack foundations and substation works.
