Luddon Construction has completed the first phase of works at Rocksavage Manufacturing Facility in Runcorn for Koura UK.
The main works comprised of two 170m3 concrete pours as the foundation for their new production facility. Luddon Construction and Koura UK has worked together to overcome several ground obstructions which has resulted in redesigns in order to arrive at this stage and signals a turning point in the project.
The final phase of the works, due to start in early April, will complete surfacing to the footpaths and installation of metalwork.
